Add to the Guest Book

Due to unblockable use by parasitic spammers, I've decided to close
the Guest Book.
I have really enjoyed your comments over the years and I'm awfully
disappointed that I can't continue to make the Guest book available for
the fans who choose to write... We'll certainly keep trying to find a
way to open it again.
